Realme is gearing up to launch another 5G phone in India. The company via Twitter has announced the launch of the world’s first MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G processor phone in the country.

MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G features
To recall, MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G chipset was launched earlier this year. The mobile chip is based on a 6nm advanced process and is intended for mid-range devices. It comes with Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.4GHz and Cortex A55 cores.
The processor can support high-resolution HD+ displays with up to 120Hz refresh rate. It can also support up to 64MP camera sensors and dual 5G SIMs on a phone.
Realme 8s may come with the MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G processor
Realme has not revealed the name of the smartphone that will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G processor. According to online rumours, the handset could be Realme 8s. Previous reports have suggested that the Realme 8s may come with the above-mentioned chipset paired with up to 8G RAM. It is also tipped to feature a 64MP primary camera.
This is not the first time Realme has teased a smartphone with MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. Earlier this month, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth wrote in a tweet: “Do you want #realme to be the first to bring MediaTek Dimensity 810 Processor in the world?”.
The tweet was shared the same day when MediaTek announced the Dimensity 810 chipset. Realme has partnered with MediaTek to launch smartphones across its mobile series. For example, it launched Realme 8 5G with MediaTek Dimensity 700U in May this year. Other phones include Realme X7 5G and Realme X7 Max with MediaTek Dimensity 800U and MediaTek Dimensity 1200, respectively.
