Apple Watch Series 7 may get an all-new look, design

NEW DELHI: As we are heading towards Apple’s hardware event that should ideally take place next month, rumours about the upcoming Apple products are rife. A lot has been said about the new iPhone lineup and now its turn of the smartwatch of the company. Apple is expected to unveil the Apple Watch Series 7 along with the iPhone 13 lineup. Now a new leak has surfaced online revealing design details about the upcoming smartwatch.
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the upcoming Apple Watch Series 7 is said to get a new design. Gurman revealed that the Apple Watch Series 7 will come with a flatter display and edges. The report adds that the display will be slightly bigger than the panels found on the Apple Watch Series 6. Along with the display, the smartwatch series will come with slightly bigger cases as each model is said to get a 1mm bump.
Gurman also adds that the company will incorporate multiple new watch faces. As per Gurman, the smartwatch series will also come with a faster processor. The report further adds that Apple will not be adding any major health-related feature in the smartwatch, however, the company is expected to add a body-temperature sensor to the smartwatch next year.
If this report is true, then Apple will make design changes to its smartwatch after three years. The company made the design changes in Apple Watch for the first time with the Series 4 devices.
Apple is expected to launch the new Apple Watch Series 7 lineup next month. Various online leaks suggest that the company might unveil the next iPhone and smartwatch lineup on September 17. Apple is said to launch iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
